How much are sessions?
Sessions are $150/ 50 minute session. Some sliding scale sessions are available, inquire for more information.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I do not accept insurance, but a super bill can be provided upon request.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are conveniently held online for clients who reside in California. I do have some in person availability in Santa Barbara, CA through Botaitis Therapy Group.
What is a somatic approach?
Most simply stated, a somatic approach explores the mind-body connection. You can learn more here.
What is a Registered Associate MFT?
A Registered Associate MFT has completed graduate-level training and provides therapy while gaining supervised hours toward licensure. Associates work under licensed supervision, adding an extra layer of care and accountability.
