FAQ

How much are sessions?

My standard session fee is $200 for a 55-minute individual therapy session.

Additionally, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces, with sessions ranging from $125–$175 based on financial need and availability.

If you are interested in working together but the standard fee feels outside your current budget, please reach out. We can have a conversation about options and determine whether there is a way to make therapy work.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance, but a super bill can be provided upon request.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are conveniently held online for clients who reside in California. I do have some in person availability in Santa Barbara, CA through Botaitis Therapy Group.

What is a somatic approach?

Most simply stated, a somatic approach explores the mind-body connection. You can learn more here.
