Nobility: noun
1. the quality of being honest, brave, and kind.

You’ve spent years being “the strong one.”
The one who stays calm, reads the room, and keeps everyone else steady. Maybe you learned early on that paying attention keeps you safe. Now, you watch for tone changes, long pauses, or the moment someone might get upset. That hyper-awareness once helped you survive, but now it leaves you tense, exhausted, and unable to let your guard down.
You want to feel close to people, but being open feels risky.
Part of you wants to be understood, and another part worries you’ll overwhelm someone, kill the vibe, or share something that’s “too much.” So you keep it together on the outside, while inside your body is tight, your thoughts race, and you feel disconnected from yourself.

You might not call it trauma, but you know your past is influncing your present.
And you’re ready to feel different, but you don’t even know if that’s possible. That’s where we begin. Using trauma-informed, somatically oriented therapy, I’ll help you dust off your crown, so you can connect to the most honest version of yourself, bravely feel your emotions, and maintain the kindness you value in yourself.
Hi! I’m Natalie–
A Registered Associate MFT* who provides therapy for young adults who grew up in chaotic, unpredictable, or emotionally intense environments. Many of my clients are hard-working, empathetic, creative, energetic, and fiercely independent people whofeel most at home when they’re moving—whether that’s dance, fitness, hiking or anything of that sort.

My Approach
I help people build a deeper sense of safety and connection with themselves, their loved ones, and their lives. I blend warmth and honesty to create a space that feels both supportive and real.
1. Build a
Safe Foundation.
First, we’ll create a space where you learn to feel comfortable being seen, and supported while exploring impacts of past experiences—always at your own pace.
2. Channel Your Body’s Wisdom.
Next, you’ll learn to tune into your body. Through somatic, trauma-informed therapy, you’ll learn to reduce overwhelm and feel safer navigating your emotions in real time.
3. Connect
Authentically.
From there, you’ll reconnect with your intuition and step into your fullest self. You’ll find the courage to be open with yourself and others in ways that may have felt impossible before.
4. Find Your Nobility.
Ultimately, you’ll feel grounded, present, and empowered. You’ll keep your kindness, while also being honest about your needs and being brave enough to ask for what you deserve.
Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface, rebuild trust in yourself, and strengthen your ability to connect with others.

In Sessions
Your story, identity, culture, and environment all shape how you move through the world and I believe they should also shape how you heal. My approach is grounded in your unique strengths, challenges, and sense of safety.
I see you as a whole person and will always treat you with dignity, not just focus on your “symptoms.”
